On December 30, 2022, An Officer on routine patrol scanned the Mercedes license plate and obtained information about the owner’s existing warrant for arrest in Atlanta, Georgia.
A vehicle was pulled over for further investigation. An officer explained the reason for the stop and asked the suspect to step out. He was placed in handcuffs and started crying.
He was arrested. A search of the vehicle revealed a small amount of marijuana between the front seats of the vehicle and then more marijuana was found in his backpack.
He was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and transported to DeKalb County Jail.
