On August 8, 2023 Glendale police were dispatched to the Kohl’s at Bayshore in Glendale, Wisconsin, for a suspicious activity complaint.
Officers were informed by a Kohl’s Loss Prevention associate that “two female suspects were filling up carts indiscriminately with merchandise, without looking at sizes nor prices.”
Also, the two women arrived together in an SUV which had a driver who was waiting, parked in a nearby lot. Officers ran a DOT check on the SUV — and it showed it was listed to defendant Gallion.
officers spotted Gallion exit the Kohl’s with her arms full of merchandise — and she did not pay for the merchandise. the second woman was still in the store, walking around making phone calls.
an officer activated his squad lights when he saw Gallion and drove to the front of the SUV to block it in.
However, the driver, later identified as defendant Robert Hill, backed up striking the vehicle parked behind it and pulled forward, striking the front of the officer’s squad.
Before officers could get out, though, the SUV rammed two squad cars and escapes – starting a pursuit.
Hill attempted to make a turn, but lost control and crashed his vehicle into construction site.
Hill was charged with retail theft, recklessly endangering safety, fleeing/eluding police and resisting arrest. Two women, ages 29 and 18, charged with retail theft.

  1. Driver should have been charged with attempted murder for slamming his car into those innocent people. So tired of this crap. Happens all the time in Albuquerque.

  2. what an idiot, he probably thinks he's a real gangster? haha, they stole things from an inexpensive store and escaped from the police, damaging several cars along the way. you just have to be stupid to do all this
