On February 10, 2023, a Flagler County deputy was trying to stop a motorcycle driver for aggressive driving, but he attempted to evade the deputy.
The driver was finally pulled over and arrested. He offered deputies information about drug dealers or anything they wanted if they let him go.
On the way to jail, the suspect started screaming that he couldn’t breathe and was about to have a panic attack. He was taken to a nearby hospital and was released shortly after.
He was charged with fleeing and eluding, driving with a license suspended, making threats to officers and transported to Flagler County Jail.
