On July 13, 2022, A Doraville police officer were called to the Mexican restaurant parking lot and found a man sleeping in the driver’s seat of a Dodge Hellcat with door open.
The police officer noticed his glossy eyes and slurred speech and asked the driver if he had been drinking, to which the driver replied, “I am parked.”
He was parked on handicapped spot with expired registration and refused to identify himself to law enforcement.
He was arrested and charged with public drunkenness, failure to obey a police officer and taken to DeKalb County Jail.
