Marion County deputies arrested suspected DUI driver Andres Orjuela-Montealegre after Orjuela-Montealegre blamed the damage to a car on “paranormal activity” and assaulting a deputy Sunday. Authorities said the suspect allegedly made threats toward the deputy and spit on the deputy’s face. Deputies say as they placed him under arrest, he grabbed at a taser. In the back of the patrol car, Orjuela-Montealegre kicked at and struck both deputies while continuing to taunt them.
