#CrimeCamNow
On June 5, 2023 FSCO deputy located a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of Longs Creek Nature Preserve in Palm Coast, Florida.
Upon closer inspection of the vehicle, a male subject was observed asleep in the driver’s seat.
Deputy approached the vehicle and attempted contact with the driver, who appeared disoriented and was having difficulty locating the button to roll down the window.
He requested the driver’s identification, and the driver became uncooperative and argumentative.
The driver was then ordered out of the vehicle, at which time he began to actively resist by pulling away and attempting to reach back into the vehicle.
Deputies utilized a Taser to gain compliance from the driver and suspect was arrested. emergency medical services were summoned to the scene to check his vitals and ensure his well-being.
Once medically cleared, the driver was asked to participate in a field sobriety test, agreeing to it and passing the test without any indication of intoxication.
Upon a search of the vehicle, deputies located a plastic baggy with .69 grams of cocaine. Rey was transported to Advent Health-Palm Coast and medically cleared before being transported to the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility. Rey has been charged with Possession of Cocaine and Resisting an Officer Without Violence.

  1. At the end, why is it that cops need a warrant? and why couldn't they get one? Did they not have probable cause to search the car? I'm confused on that

  2. The worst 400 lbs of chewed bubble gum acting from former soviet union I've seen since Steven Segal took out that train with D.M.X…..

  3. The police should be allowed to end cell phone calls during an investigation! I’m not talking about filming, rather allowing a 3rd party to distract / incite the situation.

  4. Asking “Why” after the officer demands i.d. is always a bad sign oh Lord here we go. Hope he gets sober just obey & hand over i.d. always. It’s unreal so many people are on this crazy i.d. refusal train heading them right to a cell people need to sober up so they can finally learn they are delusional “I can remain anonymous to the police.”

  5. I sometimes feel a bit weird when they get someone for DUI when they're sleeping in their car. It's totally possible that this dude drank at the park then passed out in his car without having driven anywhere. Like imagine someone getting drunk at a bar and it's super cold outside. If that person wants go sleep out in their car with the heater running, I think we'd all agree that's a responsible choice. But in most jurisdictions, I believe having the keys in the ignition is enough for DUI. I just think that if it's clear that the person hasn't actually driven and they're just sleeping in their car, that should be allowed.

  6. Imo the only mistake the cop made was when he was asked “why do I have to give you my id” and said “because I asked you to”

  7. Boy that tazer makes muthafuckas compliant as hell!!! 😂😂😂 jokes aside tho, I'm not sure if he was high or drunk or whatever but it be did seem scared as hell.

  8. Hello Deputy, I'm not criticizing you but a few tips. #1. Never assume your subject understands English well or can even hear. They may be Deaf.
#2. Don't keep shouting, just cuff them quickly with proper technique for safety. Don't aggravate people just take control calmly like a Pro. Learn from your Senior Officers.🤗
    Thank you.

  9. It's so weird how these big strong looking men start yelling and screaming like they are NOT men. It's not a good look. I can't see my husband doing that. I think I'd be embarrassed if he did in a situation such as this.

  10. Honestly . . . any cop who threatens to tase someone more than three times and STILL hasn't tased the person, should be fired. Do it already . . . stop giving these criminals more opportunity to get the upper hand and turn this situation into a deadly one.

  11. As cop stands behind , place your right foot behide his and whip him the other way and judo takedown.
Use pressure points and wrist locks , shoulder locks , hammer lock.
Get you hand chop held into that elbow , otherside of elbow , where it folds.
    Look it up! Practice it!

  12. Him: Understands the officer and even questions why the officer is asking for his ID when hes just sitting in the car.

Also him: I NO SPEAKA ENGLISH I NO UNDERSTAND YOU PULL ME OUT CAR WITH NO REASON.

I Swear thats ALWAYS The same ol excuse every Mexican uses to blanket any responsibility for their actions. But i bet you ANYTHING if you asked them (in English) if they want a burrito or a million dollars they'd Rap the Pledge of Allegiance in perfect English to get either or!

  13. The comments are something to behold.Don't you people have some fox news to watch, wondering why your kids don't talk to you? The part of you lot that aren't bots anyhow.

  14. Dame La mano 😁that man 12 months pregnant now how is he going to get on his stomach? Wait….did he just tell him to shut up in spanish😂😂😂

  15. Florida — A police officer may stop you with a reasonable suspicion that you have committed, are committing, or are about to commit a violation of any law in the state. You will be required to identify yourself, but the law is not specific about which pieces of identifying information are required.,, ,No Crime, No ID… and that's where it should have ended,,

  16. Why does he not simply comply when asked by an officer to step out of the car? … why does he have to act a fool & get tased and THEN realize that he has to follow orders by Cops? Why not do it peacefully & polite? God bless all Cops.
