The Washington County Arkansas Prosecutor ruled that the officers involved in the shooting death of Zachary Sutton will not face charges. Dashcam footage shows Sutton riding a scooter on Oct. 5 when he was stopped for a traffic offense. Police said Sutton fired a handgun at the officers. Sergeant Josh Kirmer and Patrolman Roger Eubanks fired back. The officers say they were familiar with Sutton and felt something was wrong. The prosecutor states the officers were justified in their use of force.Authorities do not know if Sutton was under the influence of any substance during the shooting. The autopsy has not been completed.

  1. Why this shooting is right :

-Man didn't womply when asked to put his hands behind his back.
-Man reached for his gun when not asked to.
-Man pointed the gun at the officers.
    -Man shot at the officers.
-Man tried to flee the scene.

  2. I’m at the police academy for Springdale AR PD and we just had our post shooting trauma training taught by the officer involved in this shooting. I feel so lucky knowing that the training I’m getting is genuine, and the officer is still very humble and respectful about the incident.

  3. that happend to me in 2018 i pulled over a man on a bike he shoot me 4 time is the leg in 1 time in the vest and i shoot 1 time i shoot him in the back

    stay safe officer

  4. That's got to be one of the most ignorant dumbasses I've seen in a while. That lanky white boy knows he cant run faster than 1000feet per second, because that's at least how fast them bullets were traveling when they spanked his slow dumbass!

  5. police officers have full rights to shoot and open fire on anyone who tries to shoot police officers even once.

police officers do not need to say like drop the gun..drop the gun…they should shoot right away and kill to save themselves.

i have seen videos in which officers delay just few seconds to shoot the shooter and get killed by the shooter.

Police officers should be given more protection and safety in laws. Laws should not be there to put officers under pressure.

  6. It's almost comical when police yell out commands to the suspect that's just been shot and dropped like dude he's dying lol I don't think he's gonna be able to follow commands to well now but I do get it you can't take chances with an armed suspect that just tried to kill you I'm just saying it's all kind of crazy

  7. For starters its a dam scooter. The cops started that whole thing. Springdale police 🤦. Eventually they are gonna start a all out war. Literally what damage is this guy gonna cause on a scooter. And they were trying to take him to jail over it. As if the jails arent overcrowded as it is.

  8. That POISE under pressure of the second officer! Yes the draw was dangerously slow, but he maintained composure, sidestepping at least as an evasive move, as he worked through the hiccup of the draw.

Some officers would immediately panic and turn tail to hide, disregarding his fellow officer. I’d want him backing me up every time.

  9. From facing a DUI violation to face down in the dirt…and the severe stupidity continues to amaze me. Mucho respect for the boys in blue that do their job properly and try to keep our streets and neighborhoods safe for law abiding citizens.

  10. I worked with this guy at subway when I was in high school. He was a great dude very friendly and helping. Was a good worker. Just goes to show you never know what goes through someone’s head. He scarred off a couple of thugs once that tried to get free sandwiches by threatening us. R.I.P man.
