On January 12, 2022, Austell police officers responded to a call at One Source Autos in Austell, Georgia, involving a disruptive customer whose vehicle had recently been repossessed. The male owner of the vehicle arrived at the dealership with his girlfriend, both seeking answers regarding the repossession they believed was unjustified.
Upon the officer’s arrival, the couple alleged that an employee of the dealership had acted inappropriately by calling the female in a disrespectful manner and physically pushing her. In response, she pushed back and scratched the employee. The officer entered the dealership to investigate further, where the employees presented a different account of events. They claimed that the couple had initiated arguments and physically assaulted an employee, resulting in scratches to his face.
To ascertain the facts, the dealership provided video surveillance footage to the officer. Upon reviewing the footage, it became evident that the female had been the aggressor in the altercation, striking the employee in the face. Consequently, she was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

The audio isn't great. The narration is much louder than the footage, it makes watching without earphones impossible where I live because the sound carries between apartments. Can you balance the audio between the footage & narration so I don't need to sit with my finger on the volume button, either that or I need to stop watching
