  1. You're on it, Katman. Great video and narration.
Why is a moto police dude carrying an AR15; where do moto police dudes stash a 32" weapon?

  2. In CA Does Code 7 mean on scene
Here in Tenn. Its 10-97 statewide i dont know the cities knoxville/memphis/nashville got their own codes far as i know.

  3. This resulted in what is called an “ALPR’s Hit” of a stolen vehicle. The City of Torrance have Automated License Plate Reader (ALPR) cameras installed at some intersections. Those cameras can detect stolen or wanted vehicles that are driving through the streets and they’re monitored by the police department. So if a stolen/wanted vehicles passes through the ALPR in a specific intersection, the police are notified by dispatchers that they have an “ALPR’s Hit” or “A L P R Hit”. Heard this on the scanner. Great job TPD!
