2. Why not save everyone some time and simply tell the fool that BY LAW he is to produce them for you when asked and they are to be available on site to the public again, according to law. 5. I’m from Gardena and the cops here are pretty good. They’re honest and they do their job. I’ve had a few run ins with them but they usually give you opportunities.
