  2. Bases are always under a threatcon condition since 911. It's doubtful they were under an elevated threatcon condition and if they were it was probably because of the fires.

  3. If they are Military Police they have NO jurisdiction off the base; unless you're in the military. WTF Why you even talking to those retards.
