  1. I love it, no drinking in public, a beer made, bought and sold here in America and taxed. Good ol American government drug dealers, now marijuana is their next drug to peddle, along with sugar and caffein that so much of America is hooked on and making them sick.

  2. The rule is, if you don't sign the ticket, you get arrested so that you can be taken to see the judge right away for not signing the ticket. But, you will see the judge on the next business day. It's only a good idea if you really have no other place to be and no food. Good to see Ricky in this video.

  3. that little tiny cop is almost as big as the female . who hires these little tiny guy cops that is why they shoot 1st they can not handle job . if they were policing munchkin land it might be ok but in the real world not ok . no wonder they hire females when this is the only typ of men that apply .

  4. I just don't understand the mentality. all that revenue to walk around popping folks that don't have a penny. housed, fed in jail, released for pennies on a dollar, all at taxpayers expense? does ANYBODY vote there?

  5. Usually when a person refuses to sign a ticket the police give them a few minutes and try to reason with them and explain the consequences.  In this case it sounds like LAPD only asked once and then went straight to handcuffs.
