It's always funny with the name and badge numbers, technically should be a serial number because that's what all droids are given when they get processed off the assembly line. That aside, if one says his name and badge number then they all do. If the first one refuses then they all refuse. They like to think they're wolves when they are actually sheep.
I once saw a audit where the first 3 cops refused to identify. 2 new cops joined the gang and identified straight away and the first 3 then identified after that. It's difficult not to have contempt for the police. At the moment it seems the good cops are becoming the exception. And I've seen audits with some very cool cops, genuinely friendly, helpful and non aggressive. The ones that really get under my skin are those fake friendly ones.
