Without consent by the driver, this search is illegal so anything they'd find would not be held as evidence in court. Unfortunately the police are too ignorant to realize that until the go to court try to use the evidence and its dismissed.

Totality of circumstances would conclude these officers are full of shi77. Who uses description to let someone speeding 75 miles an hour and runs 2 stop signs. Lock your doors . Crack drivers window enough to communicate. Keep your hands on the wheel. Invoke your 5th and 6th amendment rights . If asked to get out , ask if you may undo your seat belt and open the door. Once out , keep quite except to to say that you don't consent to any searches or seizures.
