23. 501 c-3 just gives them tax exemption, I don't see how it would change the status of their property from public to private.

    Section 501(c)(3) is the portion of the US Internal Revenue Code that allows for federal tax exemption of nonprofit organizations, SPECIFICALLY THOSE THAT ARE CONSIDERED PUBLIC charities, private foundations or private operating foundations.

31. If she is a public servant you should set up an interview with her and present your facts to educate her on where she works. Audits should be a reasoning and proof of holding people accountable that are misinformed and violating people's rights, educating those who are not following the laws and respecting the rights of the people. Maintaining and standing up for ones rights is the first step, but I think you have such a respectful knowledgeable approach when dealing with people that are unaware, that you are able to make a huge needed impact by following up with those that are uneducated during your audits. I feel you are one to actually be able to correct the mindset of these people by going back and following through with the representing the facts that will bring the needed change in these matters. 👍😊

32. Again, as I shared on the original incident record, your lack of understanding about semi-private tax-supported institutions is deplorable, and you severely misrepresent her need and right as property manager to assure safety for the charge she is responsible for.

    Your assumptions are soaked and useless. to bring your access rights education into this century, study the charter the library and school operate under.

    To get it in more common terms, public schools are NOT public at all. They have strict access rules that place a very durable wall of protection at their perimeter to block any access by unwanted individuals, at their risk of life should they enter when they know they are not welcome.

    Think of all the harm your videoing can easily be connected with: fire bomb placement; explosive effectiveness; theft access; personnel attack, etc.

    So, no, the burden of responsible behavior is on you, the unannounced access and activity entrant. Your entry borders on trespass.
