  1. If youve ever dealt with Nacogdoches or lufkin law enforcement youd know just how little they know about law and how little they fear being held accountable

  2. You know good and well yhey eouldnt have did this to a white man, im willing to bet ANY amount of $ on that, theyre f,,,,king racist cop, i can tell by this cops demeanor !

  3. The officer in the hat, leaning against the vehicle, had the classic entitled "I own you, don't mess with me boy" pose. I bet he has a ton of complaints against him.

  4. All cops are violent thugs who will abuse you and murder you with glee. They laugh remembering their victims and cheer their coworkers when they hurt citizens and get away with crimes. They are enemies.

  5. No police do not know the laws they force on people. It's not about the law to them. It's about their ego and controlling people and any opportunities they can get to abuse and hurt people and worse.

  6. What kind of bs grading scale is that? A C-? Them pigs had no reason to even approach the man let alone assault him and finish him off with pepper spray, murder cuffs and a one way trip to a dungeon. What a joke!

  7. Guy talked to much. I support LE 100%, but people, shut up. Soon as the police start asking you questions and investigating, say your taking the 5th and you want an attorney. Then, shut up.

  8. Im gonna start giving a thumbs up for only the video that ive never watched before, although i liked them but ive seen it so many times its that ive memberized evry word spoken,,,,as many auditos as there is out there, this shouldnt benecessary i think !

  9. Bit of a dirty trick rushing up on him at the same time you’re informing him that you’re going to put him down. Anybody is going to respond by stepping away. And I’m pretty sure that’s why it’s done that way.

  10. Every charge against Lufkin is bogus. Don’t care if they are legally valid or not. The warrants he had were for things that shouldn’t even be illegal. The cops on this arrest knowingly did escalated this encounter until they found some reason to arrest him. A trial miscarriage of justice.

  11. A warrant for no license plate light? It is absolutely insane that Texas, where they claim to be a freedom loving state, is out there issuing arrest warrants over license plate lights.

  12. I disagree The cops abused their authority by pepper spraying him and didn't advise him before hand of the pat down but instead alarmed him this escalating things rather than de-escalating. In my book they get a F

  13. Nah, these officers know there's no law being broken, they don't care about proving that — it's just sport to them, seeing what they can get away with.

  14. Mr. Frazier, shouldn't have said anything, other than the vehicle had transmission issues, which he did give to the officers, who failed miserably to understand.
The officers, who were all modern European/ white, proceeded to escalate the situation is typical and should've been graded much lower.
Granted the brother had violations up the ass, no one asked him to give that information to the pieces of slime that arrested him, so he was correctly graded.
All in all, the officers were racially movatived when they arrived, simply by their questions.

  15. once AGAIN your grading scale is a TAD bit off… my gramps lived in texas THEY ARE SOOOOO RACIST THERE!!! THERE WAS NO NEED TO PEPPER SPRAY?!!!!!!!! WHY ONLY A C-?????? THEY DESERVE AN F! you even ended the video saying all of this … im not going to tell you how to grade them but mannnnn … these officers were RACIST

  16. It's obvious the officer intentionally provoked this mans startle reflex. You can also watch seconds before the officer gives a nonverbal warning to a fellow officer. The startle reflex is also taught in the academy, so LEO is aware of this reaction in civilian interactions, and its knowledge is meant to be used as a deterrent and not an intentional escalation. These officers didn't care to escalate the scene by surrounding every side of this man. Multiple officers spoke at the same time throughout the interaction. Then, the accusations of being intoxicated, which is an arresting offense. So, these officers already have a chaotic scene in which they continue to escalate, and the final act so they get their adrenaline fix is intentionally provoking this mans startle reflex. Not one of these "men" so much as said, "Hey buddy, everything okay, you need help." I know it never crossed their mind. Disgraceful.
