A guy who lived in the Projects most of his life, but recently moved to Virginia was back visiting his grandmother…..at that moment he was in the parking lot waiting for some friends who where in the building selling a dog to a person…Meanwhile, #NYPD plainclothes officers came up to the guy in the car and immediately told him to give them his car keys and to step out the vehicle, then they began to search his Vehicle, in the process of the illegal search, the Officers found a Doctors Scalpel in the car and just confiscated the tool without arrest..The officers began to question his reason why he was just sitting in the vehicle, and then they guy States that he has 2 friends in the building selling a dog and that he was waiting for them…immediately the plainclothes officers proceeded to the building in which a few minutes later, both of the guys were in handcuffs and being escorted to a waiting vehicle, just to find out that these Officers went hunting them down, found them just coming out the elevator and planted the Scalpel that was originally found in their friends car..CPU is keeping in contact with these guys to help them beat their case…There was a Stop & Frisk Reform in regards to NYCHA residents and their guests…The law now States that officers are no longer able to just Stop & Frisk people in #NYCHA Housing who are actively walking down stairs, elevators, or standing at someone’s door waiting for an answer..that is the new reform and people need to know this and pass the message..These officers violated just that and CPU will prove these issues..Put it Like this, these officers better have a 911 call from that time and location with those 2 guys description in order to justify the Stop……
