We believe that many of our rights and civil liberties as American citizens on American soil are at great risk and that a simple act of civil disobedience has the power to effect great change. While we have no interest or intention in breaking any law, we are willing to stand up for freedom and the constitution at any time and at any place and do so in a responsible and productive manner. It is our goal to create free and open discussion whenever possible in an effort to educate both ourselves and anyone with a desire to learn. A well known rule of government is that ignorance is no excuse for the law. It is our stand that we as Americans have been either uninformed or misinformed regarding our laws and rights for far too long. We are not attorneys or scholars, however we have been involved in professional photography for over 30 years and have had our rights and freedoms challenged more times than we can remember. No one group or person has the ability to effect change across the board, however we are committed to doing our part by continuing to stand up for our constitutional right to free press and the right to take photographs and video in public. All donations will be used exclusively to further this cause. This looks like the same post office they were at a few months ago when a customer called the police because Jason told an old man he was going to spray him with pepper spray after that old man started climbing the fence to threaten Jason and Watchman. I’m almost positive it’s the same one; they just never went inside because Jason was exercising his second amendment rights.

  4. right and theyd be right somewhat .. activist 10th circuit court of appeals ruled police can prevent you from recording in a police station!!!!! in colorado oklahoma other states in that circuit … the supreme didnt take the case on appeal .. contradictory to other circuit court rulings…. watch ur step in those states

  5. Ever since 9-11 our freedoms and liberties have been taken away a little at a time. Our government has brainwashed us into believing that our own neighbors and community members are suspicious and possibly a criminal. I always hate when I hear someone say "If you see something, say something. Report suspicious activity." It's time we start taking our liberties back and the government stop treating its own citizens as criminals without due process and start respecting our constitutional rights. The only criminals are the ones who sit around a table and makeup ridiculous laws they expect us to follow, then they employ mindless zombies to enforce the rules that rob us of our liberties.

These Karens and kens get in a rut with their very small amount of authority and get use to bossing people around that dont know their rights concerning fliming them in a public area or building . it amazes me that paid postal employees act like the chic behind counter because of their paranoia . I them those type of people = paranoia will destroy ya !

  8. 5:35 The index finger you see here displays permanent characteristics that were once common. Notice the unusually large raised bump on the first knuckle, this is called “Rotary Dialer’s Finger” which would usually only form after many decades of using a rotary-style dialing wheel on phones used during the 19th and 20th centuries. There is a corrective surgical procedure for RDF but sadly it involves the removal of the entire index finger. Most who have RDF are senior in age and wouldn’t opt for the procedure anyway since everything else is falling apart in their golden years too. If you see an aged person with RDF it’s always an opportunity to congratulate them for living as long as they have, and if you’re lucky they just might tell you a story about what it was like growing up in the early 1900’s. .. and that’s one to grow on! 😉

  15. It’s too funny to me how once certain officers realize that you are within your rights and you have the good sense god gave you and you are not one to jump at nonsensical directives or let them slide.

  21. When asked to the cops , what is a police officers worst person , the cop that answered correctly , I will bet has seen AP vids . He never thought about it a second . They also didn't want to hang around and talk .

  22. It's nice to see cops come in very polite. Be polite throughout the encounter, and polite on the exit. This is very rare indeed.
