27. No consequences for the caller who lied and said there was forced entry. He lied in his reporting a crime and didn't get charged with making a false police report because he was a former cop. And it resulted in people's rights being violated and the taxpayers paying another law suit that resulted from poorly trained cops who made poor decisions and were possibly or probably racist
