  1. in the 2nd part of the video 148g was possibly violated, because if the police say the reason, he held the papers was because he wanted to PREVENT him from taping the staff who are absolutely allowed to be filmed.

  2. ah but if only police chiefs and other officers ever followed through with what they say. We would live in a much more harmonious world. But alas, it is almost always a situation where it's just about saving face.

  3. Based on these videos, it seems like the whole point of being an auditor is to do weird things just to show you have the right to do weird things.

  4. TO MANY USELESS LAWS. THEY PUT THEM IN THE RULE (I CALL THEM COMMAND AND DEMANDS) BOOKS.

AMERICA IS GOING DOWN TO A ONE WORLD ORDER AND IT'S COMING QUICK.

I HOPE I'M WRONG IN MY ASSUMPTIONS ? BUT BEING A MILITARY VETERAN AND 7 DECADES OLD PERSON. I HAVE BEEN RIGHT 98 PERCENT OF THE TIME. IN WHAT WILL HAPPEN IN THE FUTURE.
    GOOD LUCK PEOPLE.

INTERESTING VIDEO INDEED. NO ONE RULES ! IF NO ONE OBEYS ! BUT THAT'S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN YET .

  5. I absolutely cringe every time I hear the term high crime area. what is a high crime area? I think one could argue that if you've had 50 felony arrests within a 4 block radius in the last week, that would probably be a high crime area. On the other hand, it wouldn't surprise me a bit to see a cop imply that three misdemeanor crimes within 850 square mile area over the past 8 years would be a high. crime area

  6. Not to mention the fact that if you're so worried about their vehicles they should be garage some lawyers Mike Mike turn that into a traffic situation entrapment not traffic

  7. Lie number one somebody messing with the old police cars by the school line number 2 is doing something to the rear tire how to worry about suspicious just flat out allegations there were 100% false

  8. Initial contact is absolulty reasonable to start an investigation. The guy was a douch to those cops right from the get go. The first 22mins he is being a douch.

  9. While I think there was a DEFINITE valid reason to detain him (especially with his entire face and head being 100% covered), as far as him videoing "near" a school as being a valid reason to detain him is laughable. If you can't see children, school buses, or the school from where the person is videoing, the school just being nearby is meaningless.

And the idea of it being based "on the way he looks" (as the man claimed), if he's referring to race, it is clearly laughable as you can't see what he looks like.

  10. I'm tired of seeing people take the side of an idiot who is obviously and purposely baiting police, which should be illegal.

  11. I find most of these “auditors” obnoxious arrogant pricks. I’m not defending most of the officers behaviors in these videos, but they always try to intentionally cause problems to get a rise out of them.

  12. I really don’t understand where the governor, senator, AG or anyone else in power are. Not just with the Mayor, but the Chief and his underlings. On camera, we just saw him violate a persons rights and didn’t worry about it one bit. And not just a “mistaken” violation, but a blatant ‘I do what I want when I want to’ violation. The FBI should literally be cuffing and charging all of em.

  13. Its interestimg that the first few question is got an id yet they fail to provide theirs. I dont think provoking law enforcement is valid as it seems like entrapment. If tge auditor loses his temper qhy expect the cop not to? I would give the auditor a B, police a C for failing to investigate.

  14. Im interested to know more about the New York case where the cops brake lines were cut. Where did the accident happen? On the road? Or at the PD parking lot?

If it were on the road, it sounds fishy. Once brake lines are cut, they don't continue to work and then stop working 10 minutes later. The car wouldnt have made it out onto the street in the first place.

  15. Sense when did asking questions mean "hostile behavior" these cops are so corrupt they made a edited video to slander this man.
By knowing relaseing false statements about his conduct in a public form

  16. To be fair the guy is suspicious AF – it's not as if he's a normal person going about their business randomly being harassed, he's set up this scenario and behaviour to get the reaction he wanted. It seems extremely obvious that the officers in this case should have RAS to detain and investigate.
