11. You could simply pull the body cam footage of the history of officers and find out how they handle themselves individually to situations. All situations and then you will get a better idea of how it works.

16. It is truly paradoxical the difference in the concept of freedom that exists in the United States and that which exists in Italy and other European countries

    the Italian supreme court establishes regard to the crime of resistance to public official in criminal code:

    -The crime of resistance exists only if there is evidence of violence or threats or actions that endanger the safety of agents or other people
    -The mere fact fail to obey an any officer's orders never constitutes a crime

20. I’m so sick & tired of these cops saying “I think I smell Cannabis, can you get out?” Such a cop out for an illegal search & seizure. This is just one more reason why it needs to be legalized on a Federal Level. Since Oregon passed Cannabis, cops have lost ways to do illegal search & seizures. It’s made our State that much safer.
