INCIDENT LOCATION, DATE, & TIME: NYU College “Gaza 🇪🇠Solidarity Encampment Protest” on 04-22-24 at 9pm
NYPD Officer Anhaiz Hercule,Badge #29335, Black Female from the 83rd Precinct was caught unlawfully deploying her mace onto me, a Legal Observer, & other photographers near me who got hit in the face bad from a distance.
This officer violated Departmentel Policy in regards to “Use Of Force” (Pepper-Spray), she exceeded her authority by using her mace to spray at individuals who posed NO THREAT to her…..A CCRB complaint will be filed against her for this unlawful act.
