  1. I don't understand why the two men were so uncooperative and the second guy nearly assaulted the officer, surly 'police car parked on the road outside being bad for business' could not lead to that rage outburst?
Anyway, full praise to the officer involved, hes an example of professional standard that other officers should follow.

  2. Is moral obligation a law? Wouldn’t it be immoral for the officer investigating to lie to the business owner in order to coerce them into giving up their right to privacy? In fact isn’t officer coercion illegal? Also, it was obvious that the business owners where poised before they even got there because the police have a history of harassing their patrons, not only at the liquor store but also at the owners other business. The police officer should have just waited until the drunk man got in his can and started moving, then pulled him over, why accost him in the store. Civilians have a right to be angry and verbally express themselves within that right. Disapointing audit.

  3. I completely commend the officer who upheld everyone's rights although the mayor and owner were wrong the officer was upholding the citizens rights unbelievable that he did the right thing great officer.

  4. What evidence is there that no other person was driving. IMHO, in the absence of such evidence, there is insufficient grounds for an arrest or conviction.

  5. The store owner stated he’s tired of his businesses getting staked out by the police officer. He already told him to stop casing his other business. The owner was fed up and of course he’ll loose business if people see cops continually staking out a place. This day officers will find anything to pull you over and at-least make contact.

How many of you would continue to do conduct your loyalty to a liquor business where cops frequently watching the door and it’s customers?

  6. I feel like the cop had a A plus , mayor a minus. Other dude f f f f … And a u …… It's not his place to do the cops job and it's not his place to help the cops. If that's his business and he's losing money because of it I would be mad too.

  7. DAYM! A professional cop! I truly enjoy your videos highlighting interactions with the police. Even when police are not negligent. Very educational videos!

Okay, yeah I was hoping to see another bad cop being checked. In this case the cop did his job with great aplomb. The Mayor and store owner could've been more hospitable considering there was a dangerous driver that should be removed from operating a vehicle. Nonetheless, I fully understand, and to an extent agree, that they're not obligated to assist the police in an investigation. From what I can see the police have targeted this business for a while. So that is what seems to have been the driving force for them not cooperating. Unfortunate for the citizens not only of that area, but for all citizens as we interact with police!

  8. Refusing to submit to a BAC test being evidence of intoxication is like saying refusing to answer questions is evidence of guilt.

Edit: I don't know If I agree with a C-. The one guy was definitely being a dick, and the officer was handling it like a cop is supposed to, but I don't think it's unreasonable to refuse to just hand over video just because police say someone did a crime. Now if a judge reviews all the evidence and determines a warrant is needed, then by all means, but I could see and have seen myriad scenarios where cops abuse the "we're stopping a bad guy" story to get access to things they know full well they have no legal grounds to.

  9. i totallt underatand the gentleman , owner of the store…the mere presence of the police car chases away hia clients and discourages potential clients passing by to stop , tank up or buy things.
For the police officer wage wise life is easy but thats not the case for a businessman.
i have personal experience. i am on the other side of the atlantic south west continental greece close to Kalamata.
when ever police drives by or hungs around lazily for a bit …it impacts our business.
lol…police is like a loitering munitions.
i understand the enraged gentleman…he flared up so fast like a pack of hemorrhoids….lol….
i dont believe in god ..
    but nevertheless
    God bless america
Kalimera to all of you gentlemen…( the specific police officer included…excellent conduct we must admit he was a good sport throughout the whole incident)
    thanks a lot Audit …

  10. i fail to see why being coerced into taking a BAC test isn't a violation of the 5th amendment. You're taking actions that might incriminate you.

  11. This is an interesting situation… I can see both sides of this case, but the bottom line is, the store owner doesn't have to release the parking lot video if he doesn't want to.

  12. Bravo To The Pit Stop Owner ! Cops Terriffy His Customers all The Time Stalking His Clientel ! , Like having Cops Parked Accros The Parking Lot of A Restaurant or Bar !

  13. It doesn’t matter how hostile the owners were regardless of the crime. They had no duty to assist the government agent in any investigation. Although I do not condone drunk driving the constitution is more important and freedom is scary deal with it.

  14. What the fuck. OK, so that dude definitely was drunk. “But I, in no way, gave consent! to any search of my fluids or seizure of my fluids. Simplistically because I’m pulled over. Driving in Missouri.
And certainly not because I’m a Missouri resident.
