8. I find these so interesting. I mean if you saw someone randomly filming around police cars wouldn't that be suspicious? I mean the cops did escalate but so did the cameraman. It does make the interesting viewing though

This black female officer ("of woke") overweight short chubby (most likely could not pass a physical fitness test ) and most likely got in on gender and diversity quotes did not inform the man of her "suspicions " why because she is lying about her "suspicions" after the fact to make out she had reasonable grounds to interact with the "suspect " (that happens to be a white male ) she just wanted to show here black independent girl police power to Mr. whitey wonder bread ; She for sure knows f… well he can film in public in a public space and for sure any cop "worth their salt" will have stood by for enough time to observe what was really going on before engaging into a "terry stop " …

The stg, told him to come over here and when he did the stg told him he was detained ; then he told him to leave he was not aloud to be here (and so did the other cop ) but it was the stg that told him to come over here ; so legal even if he was trespassing (and he was not trespassing he was on public owned land that is not fenced in ) then he was invited to be there when the officer told him to come over ; so how and why is he being detained for trespassing or being detande just for engaging into a legal constitutional activity (filming is legal in public space in this case a public parking space) in a public space !!! And this guy is a police Stg . this is the type of police stg. we have in this day and age no wonder the other police officer under his command doesn't know the law either ..

45. 4:10 – "… the premises of another…" does not apply. He is presumably a taxpayer. Taxes paid for that property. Taxpayers may enter that proprty. No crime was commited.
