  1. Thanks for joining us! We just hit 150k subscribers and are grow insanely fast! Thank you to each and every one of you who have help this channel grow over the last few months. I look forward to the growth 2020 will bring. Cheers!

  2. i can understand why a felon shouldn't have a gun so he cant be the shooter but a felon can buy a truck. they should be allowed to have body armor if anything even if you hate huns everyone should have body armor and a body camera they will lower gun death and stop crime faster if thats what you really want. we can stop gun crimes but it will just move to truck crimes a vest and a gun dont stop a truck its still coming fast. if they ban guns it will only be homemade guns made by criminals. gun crime in my opinion is caused by a imbalance between good people that have guns and bad people that have guns. laws make it make since.

  3. There is almost zero activism when it comes to first amendment auditors. It's all about clicks and getting paid, they don't give a flying fuck about the first amendment, or any amendments after it.

  4. With all the trigger-happy executioners driving around protecting citizens by murdering them, every civilian should be required to wear a ballistic vest. Cops hate you, they hate when you put any barriers between their guns and your body.

  5. How is it ok for them to threaten us “if He reached for that weapon” especially when he’s legally carrying?
Could you imagine if a regular person that was legally carrying said that to the police 🤯
    Stay safe Brother
    GOD BLESS YOU ALL

  6. I just can’t get behind anyone walking around in a bullet proof vest with a gun and full gear it’s ridiculous behavior and with all the shooters going around I don’t think it’s appropriate everyday wear.

  7. I'm a truck driver. I have been threatened and nearly robbed twice at rest areas. Some folks think we are rich and carry lots of cash. In the past, maybe, today, it's plastic. Body armor would be a handy and standard item for truck drivers. Yet I can't buy it in South Dakota. I don't think cops will attend my funeral or play Amazing Grace on bagpipes for me!

  8. A “C” ? Are you kidding me lol. Whoever runs this channel is good at looking up laws, but that’s about it. Narrator heavily carries this channel

  9. Lock up any citizen wearing a vest and carrying a gun. America does not need fools doing that with all of the mass shootings going on.

  10. "And you know a reasonable person isn't going to walk around dressed like that"( basically stated that all officers are unreasonable people) I wish officers like this got fired and arrested, I mean come on we can do better than that, I've met middle school students that would be better police officers.

  11. I disagree with the assessment that the LEO "possibly" violated the vest wearer's rights.

Wearing a ballistic vest, and carrying a firearm (in my mind) by a civilian in public constitutes reasonable suspicion for a stop and ID. The vest or the firearm, but not both. With both, the "totality" of the situation would have caused me (were I a LEO), to identify, and background check a person.

It isn't a slippery slope, when the environment is such that in 2022, there were 644 mass shootings in the US.

Could the LEO have handled the situation better? Certainly. But I think his instincts were right.

You can be a constitutionalist, an auditor, or just an average citizen wanting to exert your rights.

But it is only prudent to check someone that is potentially a mass shooter.

If the vest wearer (with a firearm) was in your vicinity, and was not demonstrably LE, would you want him checked for motive and record? Would him being near your loved ones change that equation?

  12. Hard disagree. That is a flat F. Someone is exercising their god-given rights, and they feel the need to handcuff him and put him on the ground when he has made it clear he is not intending violence and is not aggressive.

  13. I dont think this interaction is anything to be commended on if they are going out of their way to have police interactions. Why would anyone wear a ballistic vest, handcuff case and concealed weapon? Then to have their own body cam? Idk I do feel like this activist purposely looks for ways to interact with the police for a social media following or $$$ ….personally I think this joker is a negative reflection.

  14. The notion that wearing a vest is indicative of any crime is preposterous. This is how people got themselves in trouble for racism, making a link between the individual's skin color and criminal behavior.

  15. "He's definitely a first amendment auditor, he obviously wants some money, that's why I approached him while he's not breaking any laws, minding his own business and detained him."
Yeah… it really sucks that people can get their hands on taxpayer money because officers didn't do their job correctly.
Why aren't you making sure he can't get rich that way by doing the right thing? 🙄

  16. So it is legal and promoted for police to wear armor since they are likely to engage in gun battle, but it is suspicious for a citizen to do so for protection? Sound like equipping the murderers and making it "illegal" for us to defend ourselves to me. Note that the officers hand is on HIS gun the entire time, and tells the defendants friend that he might want to step away because if the defendant makes a move for HIS gun the officer would open fire. THUG MURDERERS. Wonder why we would want to have a vest on with cops like them around?!
