DEPUTY STUART “Protecting” his own, not you or I

This my friends is Deputy Stuart. 1 of a few deputies out of south LA/Lawndale who had me fooled for awhile.
It wasn’t till I watched back my Chris Bailey video- over and over, realizing Stuart was all up in the mix of the deputies, willing to help cover up the horror show, 6 deputies inflicted on Mr Bailey.
He uses a lot of “power” words and phrases- let me know in the comments, when you hear him say some of the most classic 1 liners to ever be spewed out of a deputies mouth.
