19. if i were a Judge and watched this video… and I'm not one for the record… but this dope asked to be arrested. while his right to life liberty and property was "violated", he did tell the cop to arrest him and he got exactly what he asked for. Sorry to disagree with some of you on this. But remember words are powerful say stupid things win stupid prizes. with that said. had he just continued standing up for what he considered to be a rightful action and not asked to be arrested, would made a case against the cop a hell of alot stronger and i would as a judge held the cop accountable for the crime he committed. The cop should have been professional and ignore the idiot and the cop didn't. However this guy gave the cop consent to arrest him by requesting it. So when the Supreme Court Justices ask did the arresting officer have consent. well in this case the cop was given consent and this dope asked to be arrested. Be careful what you wish for is all i can say.
    and no I'm not a boot licker but if we want the cops to be honorable we must be honorable too. say what you want but this guy consented and made a verbal contract in plain sight asking for himself to be arrested color of law or not he made the request and this cop obliged.
