2. Legally, they cannot enter the house with an arrest warrant unless they have a reasonable suspicion. That that person on a restaurant is in the house. If they came there with an arrest warrant and just start searching. It is an unlawful search because they don't have a search warrant.

33. An arrest warrant does not give them authority to search a home. It requires a search warrant to go into someone's home. An arrest warrant does not give them the authority to go through someone's home. I don't care what they say. If they want to arrest him stake out the place and arrest him outside the home or get a legal search warrant to search the house.
