  11. A dick cop trying to educate anyone is something of a joke. They're mostly low to low medium I.Q. , bottom of the class near do wells, that's why they became cops, if they were good at anything productive, they'd be doing that. Or, they have an authoritative, bullying personality disorder, and policing is a way for them to act out on their obsessions of controlling and humiliating others.

They lie on police reports, allow fellow gangsters to get away with crimes and laugh at the citizens. When they are sued, they don't have to pay for their lawyers. You do with your taxes.

  35. The joys of dumb shit officers not knowing simple things like an unlawful stop, for free speech. Officers say what did i do. Good question. Maybe you as a representative of your organisation, should put some effort into cleaning up your organisation so that people aren't victimized by police. Then less people might feel the need to flip you off. But commiting a crime by unlawful detainment because of the offence cause shows you are one of the dirty cops earning the hate.

  40. The statute refers to "operating any motor vehicle", i.e. the manner in which the vehicle is operated. Flipping someone off is not "operat[ing a] motor vehicle", it was something the guy was doing in addition to operating the vehicle. They are two separate activities performed at the same time.
