  1. You are free to walk or travel anywhere you want that isn't privately owned. However, to use government funded roadways you are required to get a license issued by them. Sovereign citizens have no right to use those roadways without a license otherwise there would be no point to the educational portion of the licensing process. It's doubtful they only drive to do something that never results in them acquiring some form of income, that's their whole claim. That they don't require a license unless their travel involves some form of commerce.

  2. I was sideswiped by some Mexican lady that left the scene. I got her tag and gave it to PHXPD and he said he can’t go find her.
Bro in Georgia that it hit and run and the cops will be at your house wait for you. In PHX AZ car accidents don’t involve the police. Most time I have called for a report because my stupid insurance wants it and they take literally over and hour to get to the scene.

  3. Bro one time I was a park in PHXPD pulled up while I was parked. He said he stopped because it was not bright outside and I had my sunvisor up in the windshield. He said bro you’re window tent is dark as fuck then gave me my ID back after asking if I was smoking heroin in the car. I was like wth

  4. I believe your grades are a tad bit off… The cop deserves a B- because, although he did show humility, professionalism and integrity, as you put it, he allowed Mr. Traveller to continue in his misguided ways while also putting the public at risk… Mr. Traveller deserved an F, for blatantly showing an unmistakable lack of understanding of federal and state law, misrepresenting the constitution and of course putting the public at large at risk of financial loss and safety for allegedly not having auto insurance!

  5. "Antiquated case law"….Is there an expiration on the Supreme court rulings? How about the Constitution? Has it expired?

  6. Is there any legality to the whole sovereign citizen thing? I know that some folks can get to a level of agreement with police twisting the words of laws but has any of it actually been to court and changed legal precedence?

  7. Cop: not here yo talk about the constitution law im talking state law
Citizen: your job is to uphold what?? ??
    Cop: The Constitute!
    I would've been done talking

  8. Almost all Arizona cops would have put him in cuffs. AZ judges have zero tolerance for sovereigns. This officer needs to be reprimanded if that's the whole story.

  9. This guy narrating this video is a government agent and a liar. The traveler is 100 percent correct in everything he told the cop because if wasn’t the cop would have snatched him out that car. You can best believe the cop searched his computer and if he wasn’t telling the truth th cop would have issued him a so called citation guaranteed, and he would have towed the car. So stop trying pretend you’re an expert because you’re not agent😂😂😂

  10. None of that shit has anything to do with this I don’t care what state you’re in I guarantee state law requires the motor vehicle to be registered regardless of the use of the vehicle different usages required different kinds of registration and permit, but every fucking motor vehicle in every state is required to be registered Additionally, in every state when stopped for a valid, civil infraction, like driving without a registration, you are required to produce your ID, your registration and proof insurance every state has laws that ultimately require this, and there is no circumstance. I don’t care what kind of sovereign citizen this guy thinks he is there’s no circumstance under which you can operate a motor vehicle on any federal state county city any road without a valid drivers license it’s required in all states, this is another one of those sovereign city and citizen idiots that things because they interpret a little bit of federal tax for certain way that they don’t have to have these things but it’s just not true you drive around without a registration and an insurance on a car in most states, the car will be impounded. You will be arrested. Adam at a minimum you will be ticketed. Your car will be impounded. If you talk to talk, they may write you a temporary plate to get the car home with instructions to go get it registered and and plated and properly insured but in all likelihood, they’re going to impound the fucking car and arrest. You got nothing to do with staffing stop by it’s very nature is a detention no reasonable citizen would think that it’s OK to drive away. This guy isn’t even that reasonable he’s a sovereign citizen, and yet he stopped, meaning that he is in fact detained whether he has been told or not every traffic stop is a cop, witnessing or in in some cases, manufacturing a civil in fraction or a crime to stop the person that means they have reasonable articulable suspicion when they pull you over otherwise they’re not allowed in most states to pull you over without reasonable, articulable suspicion of a crime or civil fraction. Cops have no authority, and they can’t pull you over, except that certain exceptions like, check stations you know where they’re stopping everyone so we did in fact, pull them over for not having a valid registration, which I guarantee is a civil infraction at a minimum maybe even a misdemeanor so the guy is detained which means that under the fourth amendment, there’s nothing no rights being violated in asking or rather demanding here he produces ID doesn’t have shit to do with stopping ID states stopping ID states still require reasonable articulable suspicion to demand your name

  11. Yeah, but you still don’t have permission to open his vehicle that be like opening his front door at home you do have the right to open his car door at all. You don’t have the right to reach inside you don’t have the right to look inside. If you can see inside, then you can see inside if you can’t see inside then tough shit you do not legally have the right to open his door that it requires a warrant.

  12. Nobody is addressing the codes which allows him to resend the tag and license. You may find it at 28 CFR 29.1- 29.9. , this situation falls under the motor vehicle theft prevention act, ,
federal regulation says it’s completely voluntary.

  13. @audit the audit. you jacked this one up. The traveler is not driving nor operating a "motor vehicle" he is traveling in an "Automobile." That is the difference.

  14. The reason why the officer didn't take the car is because it's the first time the guy was talked to about it. It's kind of like unofficial rule cops have to tell people to 'Take care of it' on first offenses when it comes to expired licenses or uninsured vehicles. Next time is probably when he'll be asked to leave the car to get towed. 3rd offense is probably when he'll get arrested for it.
