If I was the police officer, I would just make a mental note if I went by and saying OK, not registered not roadworthy vehicles I wouldn't even step foot on this driveway if I was policing in that area and if I saw the vehicles on the road, then I would give him a ticket
You shouldn't need to register a vehicle that's not being used on public roads. It's freaking tyrannical with this cop was doing.
