22. I'm not surprised he doesn't know any of the amendments. He is probably used to wielding his authority without anyone challenging him. I'd be curious to know why he left Miami police department. Was he going to be sued or fired so he resigned to beat the rap?

26. He's only one of the bulks of law enforcement officers that don't know. The rest, they try to see if civilians don't know so that they can score their points. They must get a premium in points for running Id's because they get really thirsty insisting that it's coughed up.

27. I cannot believe the Attorney didn't stop him when he started rambling off script saying, in effect, "If you would have just give us some ID, this all could have been avoided. You weren't even breaking the law." WTF? The Federal Code says there are some pretty strict punishments for government officials who purposely deprive a citizen of their rights. He admitted he had no RAS for a detainment, let alone an arrest. Shouldn't take more that 10 or 20 public firing squads before public officials get the point. FCUK!
