  1. When I started watching this I was amused by how much of an idiot he is but then began to believe that this is so so said. We are victims to thugs like this all over America. They should be trained on constitutional law at the very least once per year. They should also have an independent team going through body and dash cam videos to see what these cops are doing daily.

  2. I can't listen to this but just hearing from the beginning that he says he would arrest someone for saying "F the draft" if it offended someone makes this guy a complete piece of shit retard. The way he's answering questions is also dodgy and feels like acting. I bet this guy can be one of the most brain dead, stubborn, and spiteful people ever. I bet he just loves bullying people while acting completely innocent at the same time like everything he's doing is really what the person is doing to themselves and that he takes no real responsibility for his words or actions. People like this are sick freaks who are demented and are incredibly dangerous people!

  3. I find it hard to believe the public have been forced into paying the wages of such an inept and ignorant officer. Any other product comes with a warranty, please refund us our taxes!!

  4. It should be illegal for anyone else to be in the room when a deposition is going on, they shouldn't even be allowed to have a computer or cell phone, you should have to set in a room by themselves with headphones on, I'm sure whoever was in the room was helping him, if the helper was off camera they can easily nod their head yes, shake their head no, hold up signs, they could do all kinds of things to help the cop. But as usual cops get away with anything and everything.

  5. After watching the deposition of all these officers, it seems to me that police officers in this city really need to go through an IQ test, as I don't believe they are working with full faculties.

  6. meet the feelings po-lice. he is pretty much saying "people have rights?" this guy probably forgets how to breath when he is sleeping. this is the product of lowering the IQ requirements to be a cop.

  7. Officer Nick Dial do you use that much force to beat your wife? Mother? Girlfriend? Children?
What, in you small 2 brain celled mind, Constitutes Disorderly Conduct? Resisting?
Do you always arrest a person because someone complains? If you get a Call? Why Not?
What is you Job? Do you Serve & Protect?
Who were you "Serving" that day?
Who were you "Protecting" that day?

  8. In order to be a police officer they should know our Constitution and Bill of rights otherwise how can they swear to protect something they know anything about it? God help us all. Amen

  9. The only problem is this man's lack of education. He is joviel, Polite, He answers all the questions honestly into the best of his ability even if it means incriminating himself..

I can tell at the very end he has This sense he wants to learn and do right. Even though he was wrong, the idea to arrest this man for the sign in his mind was for the better interest of the public. Or greater good so he thought. Not a bad quality. A mistake, but Good intentions.

His error put a lawfully innocent man away, And his lack of attention in training is the blame. Repercussions are necessary, But character assassination is not.

An officer like this is not iridemable. When you phrase it by saying that "this man put another man into a cage against this man's will", I can see why people would be upset.

But We can't prove anything this officer did was malicious. We can only be certain that he was ignorant.

    Being malicious is irredeemable.

    Being ignorant is teachable.

I hope this officer learns, and can get back on the force as a constitutional protector. He seems like a good man who made a mistake due to his laziness. Nobody got seriously hurt as far as i could tell, and the man didn't spend too much time away as far as i could tell.

Repercussions but not character assassination or infinite shame. However he must prove himself first… he does not have a good memory so let's see him pass a test on the constitution once every 6 months for 2 years or something

    then another chance
