We believe that many of our rights and civil liberties as American citizens on American soil are at great risk and that a simple act of civil disobedience has the power to effect great change. While we have no interest or intention in breaking any law, we are willing to stand up for freedom and the constitution at any time and at any place and do so in a responsible and productive manner. It is our goal to create free and open discussion whenever possible in an effort to educate both ourselves and anyone with a desire to learn. A well known rule of government is that ignorance is no excuse for the law. It is our stand that we as Americans have been either uninformed or misinformed regarding our laws and rights for far too long. We are not attorneys or scholars, however we have been involved in professional photography for over 30 years and have had our rights and freedoms challenged more times than we can remember. No one group or person has the ability to effect change across the board, however we are committed to doing our part by continuing to stand up for our constitutional right to free press and the right to take photographs and video in public. All donations will be used exclusively to further this cause. We want to thank you in advance for your support of what we do and want you to know that we are committed to working harder than ever to defend our rights, your rights and the Freedom to Film in Public!!

  4. Only thing I dont like about how you do this.. is when the lady walked up to you to ask what you where doing.. you replied, "Im doing something".. Honestly, I think you should say one of a few things, "None of your business" or "Im filming in public", "f off!" etc.. But the way you say it.. IMO your an asshole. DONT GET ME WRONG.. I subscribe to your content and appreciate what your dong.. I just cannot stand when your initial contact has this response. Either go in all! or Not at all! Or even be nice.. the lady as nice.. she just wanted to know.. IMO by what you said only stirred further concern. YES ITS LEGAL for you to be out there.. I understand, but they may not. AND NOT THAT THEY WOULD NOT AGREE, they simply might not know. So why TRY to get the police involved to prove your point? Have YOU EVER tried to educate them yourself.. rather that escalate? I.E. "Maam, I am recording in public from a public sidewalk which is legal in the United States" or "Just testing our new cameras" etc.. ANYWAY!!! Keep doing what you're doing.. I'll keep watching.. BUT MAYBE CONSIDER doing a few videos of you trying to change it up a tad, and see how that goes? Lets see if people react the same way?

  23. I personally like I abrupt you are answering people. People don't have any right to know what you're doing just because they're feeling nosey or don't personally like it, and it feels like this always happens with cameras. Can you imagine if people did that with every hobby? "Hey. Whatcha doing there? You flying a kite? Working on your car? You painting? Why are you painting?"

  24. Support this channel and usually am on your side with what you do…this one you got wrong….this guy seemed like a good guy justifiably wanting to know what was going on. Keep up the good work but this one isn't one of your best.

  31. by not giving any info..yes i can agree w your commentary but to suggest that the words you do choose in responding to an inquiry do not stain an organic response is debatable….propaganda has left most americans w underlying fear….pretty easy to understand why n how some folks react based on those fears…..not saying theyre right…or youre wrong….just saying.. is it truly an organic response ? ty for your work and efforts….

  49. Jason, just want to commend you taking a less protective role over Ben when a member of the public confronts him. A couple of weeks ago the Apple shop audit went a bit sideways and I know the viewers' comments were critical. Appears to me you read them, took the advice to heart which can be tough because people often get defensive, and have shifted fire. You're a very good auditor. You are a better man and father. Well done to you.
