INCIDENT DATE & TIME: 04-09-24 / 1:25pm at Tomkins Square Park
I recieved an E-Mail about NYPD Officers inside of Tomkins Square Park in Manhattan harassing & ticketing civilians for everything under the sun…I decided to enter the park to record police activity, and as I was doing that, NYPD Sgt Kit C. Yung, Shield No. 5493 approached me & lied saying that he observed me entering the park & smoking a cigarette, which was completely FALSE, as you can see in the video….This Sgt did not realize that I was present until he looked over to me and saw me standing there, still trying to connect my wire into my charger as my Bodycam was recording…..NYPD Sgt Yung used his authority to file a False & incorrect legal document (Summons) against me for recording police activity…He committed Purjury & Illegally Filed A False Report In Retaliation….I DID FILE A CCRB COMPLAINT AGAINST HIM, AND OTHER FURTHER RELIEF IS CURRENTLY BEING SOUGHT.
NYPD Kit C. Yung has 12 Allegations & 7 Complaints on his Service Record…..He has also been found GUILTY in a NYPD Departmental Trial for Abusing his Wife while Off-Duty and not reporting the incident to the NYPD.
