15. I speed a lot on I-90 through Spokane. Twice in a month (Aug.) I was pulled over for 81 and 84 in a 60mph zone. Same damn trooper both times. Set me free with warnings. The shocker was he told me he doesn't like to give tickets. Surprisingly very nice guy. WSP usually let you slide 9mph over the speed limit. If you drive through Washington state and it's 70mph, cruise at 79. Some small towns in Central Washington are different though.
