INCIDENT AREA: 3rd Pl. & Clinton Street, Bklyn, NY…..

While CPU Copwatch Patrol Unit was driving back into Manhattan, a 76Pct NYPD cruiser was traveling around 50MPH with his torrents on, but with NO SIRENS BLARRING, the RMP almost slams into our vehicle, then we proceeded to drive behind this RMP down 3rd Place, a One-Way street, the RMP still racing about 45-50MPH with NO SIRENS, this cruiser then SLAMS (T-BONES) a car who had the light, crossing the intersection of 3rd Place & Clinton Street, the car then was hit hard, knocking the vehicle upside-down.
911 Dispatch called in “NO FURTHER UNITS”, however, these officers continued to race to the scene, despite Notice from dispatch to SLOW IT DOWN…..These officers were reckless, by not slowing down once Dispatch called in “NO FURTHER UNITS” which caused them to almost run into us, and then slamming into a vehicle.
The officers were immediately taken away from the scene, NO ALCOHOL OR DRUG test was administered to these officers, even though it is Department Policy.
THESE OFFICERS WERE RUNNING AROUND THE SCENE, WITH 0 INJURIES AND SHOULD NOT CLAIM HE WAS HURT TO APPLY FOR WORKERS COMPENSATION…..THAT WOULD BE FRAUD…..CPU WILL BE MONITORING THAT TO MAKE SURE THAT HE DOES NOT TRY TO COMMIT FRAUD AGAINST THE CITY.
