Officers continue to target our youth in the Bronx….Here these Teens were Stopped, Frisked & harassed twice within a 10 minute window while walking back home from playing basketball at a local Center where they go to stay off the street away from gangs and trouble…But have to be harassed by the biggest gang of New York which is the NYPD………
