CPU has been in the East Harlem area for the past month collecting information and video footage of officers from PSA 5 and the 23rd Precinct in East Harlem as they continue to Ambush young kids on the street, searching them and violating their fourth amendment rights without probable cause… as you can always see through our videos that after the harassment and the abuse, they just let them go, and at times officers agitate the situation to affect arrests….CPU will continue to monitor this area and all other areas to document these violations #nypd #copwatch #copwatchpatrolunit
