While #NYPD Officers respond to a call of an Emotionally Disturbed Person (EDP) they come there and treat the Mentally ill person as if he or She had committed an Criminal offense by surrounding them and intimidating them making them more agitated…. furthermore, the NYPD is not fully trained to deal with the Mentally ill so they basically go there with the mentality to only restrain & Arrest the individual…when I got there, their sole intentions were to grab and restrain……… and they have established that through their actions which they depicted in this video….
