The man arrested in this video claimed that a sheriffs deputy choked him in the back of the Hermosa PD police car. I obtained the in car video footage from Hermosa Beach and there is NO FOOTAGE from two different police vehicles and 4 cameras of this entire incident.  However, the two vehicles both have two video cameras and they ran perfectly for 6 hours prior to this incident and for 6 hours after this incident.
