  1. Oneplus makes good enough products but I really dislike their lies about the company itself. It was never "a startup", Carl Pei was never a co-founder but a hired manager. Everything belongs to BBK corp, along with Oppo, Vivo, etc…. Oneplus just used those sneaky startup tales (a concept which was highly popular at that time) plus a cheap good product to win over our hearts and become a recognizable brand and now became another Samsung-LG-Sony with high prices to be able to pay the bills. So what? Still lacking in cameras, just an above average phone with above-average price tag. Luckily we as consumers have lots of choices these days.

  2. Sorry but I really don't like the Idea, of comparing the last phone with the first one. You could compare the Oneplus 9 and 8T, or 9 Pro, 8 Pro, 8T this would be really helpful. But I think Oneplus one and 9 Pro doesn't make sense!

  3. From that comment about auto focus, and the quality of photos in general, I get the idea these were just pulling out the oneplus one and pressing the shutter button. I know the auto mode seems to produce the best results now but back in 2014 a lot more could be got out of a camera with manual settings, it would have been interesting to see at least a few photos from the oneplus one at it's best, rather than just using it like a 2021 phone

  4. OnePlus One flower shot is mostly underexposed. If you brightened the image the wall at the back would be brighter too. The 9 is HDRing too hard as the shadow section on the left is way too opened up. This coming from my background as a professional photographer and lab tech at a photo lab. Deeper shadows can add depth to a photograph that a cameraphone can't do alone with it's small sensor.

  5. In some ways I feel like there should be more progression in the picture quality considering the price difference and the the fact the OnePlus one is such an old device. Maybe it could just mean the OnePlus one took decent photos.

Typed this on my OnePlus 9 pro

  6. Lol. Who thought of comparing camera quality between OnePlus One to a 9 Pro? That person should be more sane with thoughts. This has turned in to a pathetic channel with paid and mediocre content. Unsubscribed.

  7. Honestly could not fathom the reason for this video. When the One came out, the camera THEN was good. I too owned one.
It would have been better for you to compare with a Seven or even an Eight.
Somehow, I feel cheated after watching this video.
Expecting a better choice of subject from you.

  8. Can't speak for the 8 and 9 but I upgraded my S9+ to a OnePlus 7T at the end of last year, mostly because I don't like the company Samsung has become (Not denying they don't still make great phones). I like the OnePlus OS etc. but the camera is noticeably worse than my S9+.
