  1. Sure, performance is important, but I guess this phone was a little more design and camera oriented. Its camera and design are probably the best in the world right now. Performance will not be anywhere near sluggish for those who doesnt game for even some years, if wanted. A lot of people don't do high end games.

  2. I think this is the most beautiful phone on the market right now. If this was an apple, people would be going crazy over it and it would set the trend for the next years to come. The slightly larger than most screen looks cool (almost as the samsung notes (rip) looked like) and the now common curvy edges will always make iphones look like granpa sh¡t but it's the camera dome that makes me cheeky. It's asymmetry and the exact height where it was put on (fibonacci much?) looks outworldly – surely something that its not for everyone, as fashion oriented dumpst.. I mean, fashion oriented people will keep with whatever is fashioned (in other words: iphones), but for those design oriented, it is a catch! Better than s22/23 (even cooler than S10+).

  3. Hi there, I had a problem with my pixel 6 in summers in canada that in direct sunlight holding on my mobile holder in my car, it gets so warm that it's LTE/5G completely stops working for a very long time(may be until I put it into the fridge). Does the Pixel 7 Pro fix this issue since you mentioned the heating issue with this 7 pro model too?

  4. When screens were flat the reviewers beotched and winded about not having a curved screen. Now that the manfacturers gave them what they want they are beotching about a curbed screen and want a flat screen. Android manufacturers should just act like Apple and ignore their customers and just give us whatever they feel like making.

  5. Keep in mind that pixel 7 pro will only work properly in the 17 countries supported. If you travel or work abroad, you get no 5g, no VoLTE or wifi calls. To top that, the signal is so bad, I had to curry a second phone to make sure I dont lose calls during office hours..

  6. I'm an iPhone 13 user, but I still keep my pixel 2 used as a secondary. It's really wonderful, smooth and with an unlimited google photos storage in high quality but good enough for me, only except for the weak battery. I love it so much. I'd consider to buy a new pixel only as it didn't work any more. LOL

  7. I have the Pixel 7 Pro, coming over from a OnePlus 7 Pro (yeah, I only buy phones called 7 Pro).

From my usage so far the Pixel 7 Pro is a fantastic phone (so was the OnePlus by the way). There is however one major flaw with the Pixel – and it's not mentioned in this video. Charging time. Coming from a OnePlus phone (and a 3 year old one at that), the Pixel seems like stepping back in time, taking nearly 2 whole hours to charge from <10%. That's quite ludicrous. There are phones charging fully in < 20 minutes these days. Google needs to fix this in the next gen.

On the positive side, battery life so far has been good, but it's a week old phone – it should be. The charging issue will only be truly felt in a couple of years when the device is only lasting for 70% of a full day's usage.

Everything else I like, I don't even dislike the design – in any case only a loon doesn't put a case on a phone.

  8. I have had all the pixels phones , so this 7 pro is the best pixel Google has made, great display , ultra smooth, fantastic camera s , it's a bargain on the market, yes I do have Samsung ultra , great phone, but to big and bulky, and not as smooth as pixel 7 pro. The software experience on pixel is top notch. I give a A + so far , .

  9. I just got myself a Pixel 7 Pro, and i am super happy whit it, plus i am not a heavy phone user, i don't use any Social Media, well i do use whatsapp sometimes, but that's it, and never play games on my phone, i also do not listen to music from the device. But where i do use it for, is making phone calls sending or reading an e-mail, sending and receiving whatsapp messages and take a sh*t load of photos and videos, so what I use it for are really just very standard things. And in my case it has always been like that, very standard smartphone things, that's what i use it for, and can report, I do almost three days with a fully charged battery, 2 and a half days is for sure in my case, So I am very happy with it 😁

  10. I didn't care for the fingerprint scanner, as it only worked when the screen was awake on the 7 Pro. If the screen was black(sleep) it wouldn't unlock like my S22 U does.

I found the camera and it's modes to be laggy when using the front selfie or rear 3 cameras and when switching camera modes. Definitely needs a update. It was all I could do to use it for a week before switching back to my S22 U.

I will say the screen is plenty bright on the 7 Pro. I used a more minimalist clear ptu case with a whitestone dome glass screen protector on the 7 Pro as I use on my S22 U as well. I found the fingerprint scanner worked just fine with screen sensitivity on using the WSD.

I will visit the 7 Pro in a month or two after it recieves some updates.

  11. Hi, switched from a OnePlus 8T ( little to no complaints) to finally a pixel 7 pro (finally since it's the first time they sell them in the Netherlands). So far I love the phone, except for 1 minor annoying thing…the ringtone and notifications volume are not seperate, so when you expecting an important call and set your volume high, all your WhatsApp and other notifications come in on a high volume as well. My Samsung note 8 had a seperate volume at the time, so don't really understand Google's thoughts on this.

  12. After watching your review and others I have made the choice to become a Google Pixel Pro 7 user. This will be the 1st phone that I have had that has not been a Galaxy model since 2009 (GT-I7500). I shall soon see what it has to offer me.

  13. I hate and love Google at the same time.

The fact that in my country, you can't actually order straight from them is driving me mad. I could've had got me 7 pro plus Google Watch, if they'd deliver on promise, they promised us 3 years ago. Not to mention, it's absolutely impossible to get 512 GB.

For being a giant Google is, they care very little for anything besides developed market. AnYWAY GREAT VIDEO!

  14. I love how nice and cool the 7pro is compared to 6 pro, and battery life is much better. This also means better sustained performance. Also, why do so many people seem to be unaware of the a76 being replaced by a78 cores? It makes a difference.

  15. I'm a little off on the decision, I had a OP 7t, upgraded to S22+. but I completely dislike ONE UI. Thinking of going back to ONeplus, but this pixel 7 pro caught my eye. However, the charging speed has me thinking about it. Trying to decide between the Pixel 7 pro or the OP 10 pro. Tried color os and it is not that bad. The new Oxygen OS feels good also.

  16. The display is terrible on this phone it feels like it's years old when you look at it. I was going to upgrade from my s20+ but after using the P7P this past weekend I'm not going to. The screen is much less brighter than my 20+ which is years old. Everything else for this device seems to be solid but the screen leaves a lot to be desired.

  17. You can find several deals to buy the Pixel 7 pro, I just bought it through Mint mobile for $600 (waiting to receive it). By the way, I have the pixel 6 and after seeing several reviews I decided to buy the 7 pro, It looks like it is a great phone 🙂
