Joe is the perfect example of a natural, charismatic personality who will fail if he continues to try to go it alone without somebody with an entertainment production background to extract better story ideas out of him and guide his talent. Joe, PLEASE stop associating with losers, and find a WINNER – a mentor & experienced entertainment industry partner as your top priority, or your audience will continue to leave you. You're talented (in a raw, unbridled way), but talent alone isn't enough – surround yourself by more experienced people who can help you shine. You passed 1M subscribers ~5 years ago, and then flattended out. Your views are dropping. Take this advice before it's too late. Don't waste your talent.

Painting apartments is usually tough, they hire some salty ass old guy to "manage " it for them, his salary is whatever he can get the company to pay and you to paint it for and whats left he gets and the renter doesn't want to pay but half scale, There you are in the middle , if you can eliminate the manager you can make decent money, you will earn it, but it's ok. With those guys in the middle, I wouldn't do it again.

  47. This new set looks so good Joe. Please stick around this time. You were the first "youtuber" i really got into and watched all your content and turned notifications on for back in 2017 i believe, while i just watched random videos from my home page befofe that. Anyway, i just hope you stick around on this channel, just having fun if nothing else. Joe Does Stuff isn't really my thing because ive done similar "stuff" for work my entire life so its not much of an escape for me to sit and watch, no offense. But on this channel the more fun you have(and its not hard to tell). The more fans you'll bring back around and the less negativity will get to you, i think.
