Thats insane ive never heard of a program allowing that to happen they usually tell them to fuck themselves cause only feds are allowed to enter a treatment facility unless being invited in wich usually is completely unheard of mad messed up. Plus just them releasing that info that your in there is a hipaa violation so id be all over them for that shit.

I had a sittuation where I'd been released on a Friday and arrested On an old warranti on Saturday morning,they shoulda checked before I was released,it was a bs charge n I got out on the Monday

I like this idea. I just think you should try to get a organic conversation going. Don't preach to much cuz these are grown a$$ adults who don't want to hear that. I think if you get it dialed in this could be a nice addition to your channel and allow these people to get some support on the outside. Win win situation.
What she is stating is true guys. I'm the program coordinator for an overdose response & reentry program for a pretty large county. Say Jack is in jail for a possession charge, but has warrants in another county. The judge agrees to let Jack go to treatment & continues their court date for later on the possession charge. Jack goes to treatment, which the court allowed. You can still be picked up on those other charges bc you've been conditionally released, but still, released. This is exactly where my program comes into play. When Jack has been permitted to leave this jail, but we're aware of those old warrants, I reach out to the DA to get their permission for Jack to go & agree that we (myself or one of our team members & Jack) will take care of other legal issues as part of his program plan. It's just how it is, but why it's important to have these programs in place to help people like Jack & Brittney navigate these systems and exit the never-ending cycle.
