Central Detective Division is seeking the public’s help identifying the individual seen in the following video clip and still photos. On April 24, 2024, at approximately 3:07pm, the victim, who is 87 years old, was trying to enter a building on the 1000 block of Arch Street. The suspect was sitting on the steps of the entrance to the building. When the complainant asked him to move, the suspect punched him in the head causing him to fall to the ground.
