Bernalillo County Clerk invited all members of the public to come ou and VIEW, not participate in, but VIEW the election process in what they call an open and transparent democratic system. Upon Arrival I was immediately stopped, and told multiple times that I could not record certain parts of this transparent system, or certain public employees, and that I couldn’t view anything without first identifying myself. Nathan was consistently rude and passive aggressive, which energy I mirrored. After asking Nathan and his employees for similar information that they were demanding out of ME, Nathan informed me that treating them the way they treat the public is “aggressive”, and a cause for concern.
