The video shows loads and loads of people sitting and doing nothing. Why did the police just pick on Todd? The only difference between him and the others was the camera – therefore the police and beach police (I can't call them life guards) do not like cameras. The only problem is that they are so stupid that they think they are stopping it, but in reality they are making the video even more wildly disseminated and viewed. If they had done nothing, it would be a video that gets left on the cutting room floor.
i hope everyone who got a ticker or arrested around these bogus stops and arrests , goes to court and fights this crap , tooth and nail . tie the system up and get all b.s. charges dropped .

This is a really great example of the lazy people who are Governors and Legislatures. They cared nothing about trying to make an open ended rules that you can be arrested for. When Government restricts our Rights they have to make an effort to not make a blanket rule. It has to be precise and pointed. Not an ………… sorry I am not coming up with the right words.
