19. They pull you out of car for the most weakest thing a tail light that is out. And they start to humiliate you. They always do that for officer safety. What a bunch of BS.

20. If the husband is on probation and is the driver, they win and they know it. Even if he’s not the owner, he’s in control of the vehicle and they can question and search without permission. One way around it is don’t let him drive unless absolutely necessary, it sounds crazy but it can keep you from having your rights violated. He would still have to confirm his identity and acknowledge that he’s on parole/probation but the vehicle can’t be searched without the driver’s consent. Protect yourselves at all times.
